Covid -19 Update
We are operating as normal, however, in some rare cases, there may be delivery delays with our delivery companies. We hope that you can understand some of the difficulties that they are facing, and ask for your understanding if there are any small delays with your delivery. Our Dispatch times
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
All orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be sent the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
UK Shipping
We offer free shipping in the UK for all orders.
We love the opportunity to meet our customers, so if you are based in Islington, Hackney or Westminster, your game will be delivered by the 20 Dreams Team within 1 working day.
And for those further afield our standard service is a tracked delivery within 2 – 3 working days.
Shipping to Europe
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are depended on the size of your order.
If you have a large order, please email us at play20dreams@gmail.com and we will provide you with a bespoke shipping quote.
We use several delivery companies. Our standard service is a tracked delivery within 5 – 7 working days.
Shipping to Rest of World
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are depended on the size of your order.

Please note orders outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges and tax duty which you will need to pay before the order is delivered.
You must notify us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days. Over this period is subject to no refund.
Pre-Orders
If you're ordering a pre-order item, you will receive an email confirmation telling you when the goods are expected to be in stock. Once the goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched straight away in line with our delivery times.
