On the rare occasion that your product isn’t quite what you were expecting and if you wish to cancel your order please email us within 14 days of receiving your goods at play20dreams@gmail.com so we can help.

Please outline in your email the reason for your cancellation. Your feedback is much appreciated.

 

We do ask that you return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation in its sealed, original packaging.

As soon as we have received your returned goods we will process your refund, and this can take up to 14 days before the refund is complete.
